MANAGING PARTNER
Steve Brown
Provides leadership and direction as he has demonstrated at Blue Mountain as President and Chief Executive Officer for the past 7 years, $250 million in business development. Steve has over 25 years of executive management, marketing, sales and turnaround experience. Education includes a BS from Columbia College and MBA for Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

GENERAL MANAGER
Rich Wulff
Provides leadership in estimating, management, field and office development as he has demonstrated as President of Wulff Electric for the past 17 years. Worked hands on with electricians, foreman, estimators, project managers and purchasing. Wulff grew to over 200 team members and over $25 million in sales.
Projects included multi-family, commercial, and industrial customers.

Controller
Melissa DuToit
Provides leadership in construction accounting, the process, and a proven track record working in partnership with banks and equity partners. She has been involved with construction accounting and payroll at entry level and worked her way up to controller at Blue Mountain over the past 12 years. She is an asset with her understanding the construction process and the importance of accuracy.

Project Accountant / Office Manager
Jennifer Goddard
Provides leadership in the support of our team’s development as she has hands on experience in many positions at Wulff Electric and WE Lyons for the past 10+ years. She possesses more talent than any other player in her many roles to include payroll, project management, contract review, negotiations, prequalification packages, on-site management, and scheduling.
